If you find an injured bird, carefully put it in a cardboard box with a lid or a towel over the top, and place in a cool, safe place. Birds go into shock very easily when injured, and often die from the shock. ... Do not try to force feed or give water to the bird.

If I will get an injured bird or animal then definitely I will try to help it. I will take it at the safe and cool place where the injured bird or animal feel comfortable. I will check it's whole body and if any injury is found I will take it to the nearby veterinary hospital.

If blood is coming out of the wound I will cover the wound with clean cloth. I will try to give it some water and put some fresh food in front of it but I will not force it to eat. Just like human beings God has also created birds and animals. It is human's responsibility that we should save these birds an animals.
