Perspiration or sweat is the exudation of water droplets from the pores of the skin. It occurs when the temperature is very high. Evaporation of sweat from our skin's surface keeps the body cool.
Sweating helps to cool our body. If the humidity is low, then the sweat gets evaporated easily. The heat energy required to change this sweat to vapour comes from our body heat, which in turns causes cooling.
