Explanation: When we perspirate in hot summer days, our sweat gets absorbed in cotton clothes, as the cotton clothes are the good absorbers of liquid, and it then exposes our sweat to the atmosphere, which gets evaporated when it takes the latent heat of vaporization from our skin, and when the heat is taken from our skin, then hence we feel cold when we perspirate.
