Madam,
This letter is in regards to the death of millions of loving, friendly, adoptable pets' every year due to abandonment by their heartless owners. People always prioritize their convenience over mute animal's life.
The impact of such cruelty and torture on animals is the gift of horrible life to them. They end up dying of hunger and thirst. They also contract various diseases which can spread to humans as well. Moreover, pets litter at the wrong places, which can be infectious to human beings.
The problem can be ended by making the compulsion to sign the bond by the pet owners when they adopt. The bond should state that they can't abandon their pets. Moreover, more stray animals should be trained as pets, to decrease the incidences of a difficult life for animals.
