Step-by-step explanation:

C.P of the land peter brought = ₹ 75000

C.P of building the boundary = ₹ 35000

Total C.P = ₹ 110000

S.P of the land = ₹ 150000

Since, S.P is greater than C.P ( therefore it is profit)

Therefore, profit = S.P - C.P

= ₹150000 - 110000

= ₹ 40000
