Peter Nestler of the USA holds a world record of 12,702 skips over a rope in an hour.Rajdeep Singh of Raipur, India, skips a rope 289 times in a minute.Had Rajdeepcontinued at the same pace for an hour, would he have beaten Peter Nestler's record? If yes, then by what number of skips? Is it a fair comparison? If not, why?

289×60 = 17,340 skips in an hour.

he would have beaten peter by a difference of 4633 .

the comparison is not fair in my opinion .

doing this for a minute is much easier than keeping that pace for one hour . you can do the physical exercise without feeling fatigue for only a short period of time . after sometime muscles get tired and strength runs out , you only have that sheer will and stamina which keeps you on the task.

it is quite possible that if peter went for skipping for only one minute he could have beaten rajdeep.
