To find the better mark we should find the ratio for both the tests

MATH TEST

                 M= \frac{14}{20} = \frac{7}{10}

ENGLISH TEST

                 E= \frac{2}{3}

The ratio of maths to English test  is \frac{7}{10} : \frac{2}{3} = 21:20

So he got better mark on the maths test

Mark as brainliest if the answer helped
