Peter shifted to a new house with his parents. The neighbors told them that the house was haunted but the family didn't believe it. They were quite excited about living in the new house.
However, they were in for shocking surprises. As they sat at the dinner table for their first family dinner in the new house, the light went out temporarily. When the power came, they were shocked to find a dead, stinking dog lying on their table. Their servants cleaned the table; but everyone was panicked. They finished their meal in silence and then went to their bedrooms.
In the middle of night blood-curdling screams woke everyone up. Peter and his siblings were scared to death. They implored to their father, “We don’t want to live here; please sell it; we were very happy in our old house.”
Peter’s father shifted to their old house and put the haunted house on sale. He also thanked the neighbor who had warned him not to live in the haunted house.
