pH comparison fresh water and salt water

The pH of salt water depends upon its reactants.

Like If a strong acid and weak base are mixed, the product will be an acidic salt with a pH lower than 7.

If a strong base is mixed with a weak acid then it will produce a basic salt with a pH above 7.

The pH of fresh water will always be 7.
