4 g in 100 mL means it is 4/40g i.e. 0.1 mol in 100mL or 1 mol per litre.

Since NaOH is a strong electrolyte it undergoes 100% dissociation. So concentration of OH (-) is 1 mol/ litre.

pOH = - log [ OH-] i.e. -log 1 = 0.

pH = 14- pOH = 14 at 298 K.

For the solution while calculating pH one has to consider only concentration in moles per litre.p H is independent of volume .Thus 10 mL also will have one & the same pH.
