Solution is of HCL, therefore Molarity and Normality is same because n factor is one for HCl.
pH = -log(H+)
Since, both solutions have same volume initially, so, let us take it as x. After mixing them, volume will be 2x.
Now from equation :
N1V1 +N2V2 = NV(resultant)
Since N=M for HCl
We can write it as
M1V1+M2V2 =MV
