Philosophy is basically Critical Thinking. It asks what are your deepest held beliefs and convictions. What are the grounds for those beliefs? Are those grounds good or reliable?

The same can be asked here for Education.
What do you think Education is for?
What does education mean anyway?
What is it that can make us call someone educated?
How is it different from Learning, or being enlightened?

That's the Philosophical approach.
