1. According to Quantum mechanics , reality based on observation . I think it may be true because big bang caused both theory to separate , but only for quantum level .
2.The nature of reality is existence for observer .
3.World is based on string theory .
4.Many research on it are doing , it difficult to answer .
5. The space time reference cause gravity to happen but due to mass

Yes .But we can't observe everything which is proved as real.The world exist only for us.Because for us we know the existence of the reality of nature and it laws.
The nature of reality is depend on us.
Relativity means connection of one to another in a manner which we call law.The law may not be same for everyone.
