refractive indexof mediam = light of speed in that medium / light of speed in vaccum i.e. 3 * 10^8
so, refractive index = 1.5 *10^8 / 3 * 10^8
refractive index = 1.5/3 = 1/2 = 0.5
I hope..... It is helpful

Shekhar191: it is incorrect in my book the anwer is 2
PatelAyush4: okay my mistake. The formula is taken by me is incorrect. It is reverse.
