GIVEN THE EQUATION ARE↙️

 \frac{3}{2} x +  \frac{5}{3} y = 7___(1)

9x - 10 = 14______(2)

NOW-:

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{3}{2}/9    =  \frac{1}{6}

 \frac{b1}{b2}  = \frac{5}{3}/-10 = \frac{ - 1}{6}

 \frac{c1}{c2}  =  \frac{7}{14}  =   \frac{1}{2}

NOW,

 \frac{a1}{a2}  ≠ \frac{b1}{b2}

concept↙️

THESE LINEAR EQUATION ARE INTERSECTING EACH OTHER AT ONE POINT AND HAVE ONLY

ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION.

!hence the linear equation is consistent✅
