Reading books is much better (not on your phone).

Reading books is much better (not on your phone). One of the other answers to your question say that there are any number of distractions if you are using a phone. That itself is reason enough to buy a book.

I was brought up in a time when there was no TV or internet and in order to entertain myself I got into the habit of reading books. There were not as many distractions as there are now so it was easy to form the habit. And I am still attached to books compared to the internet.

Hope this helps
