not it is not dibasic it is tribasic acid.

H3PO2 is monobasic acid,H3PO3 is dibasic acid and H3PO4 is tribasic acid. We cannot say which acid is dibasic or tribasic without drawing its actual structure. ... it is so because the acidic H is the one which is released upon hydration or dissolution in water , according to Arrhenius theory of A&B .
