when we talk about cellular respiration it occurs in cell.

end product depends on type of respiration one is taking....

it could be in presence of O2 or absence of O2

Equation of cellular respiration--

glucose + oxygen = energy + water + carbon dioxide

This reaction is the opposite of that in photosynthesis.
