photosynthesis usually occurs during daytime while respiration occurs continuously for 24 hours. then how does the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide remain almost constant?​

during day plants exhale oxygen and at night they inhale oxygen.

at day time during photosynthesis they need carbon dioxide for the process.

hence,the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen maintained.
