We should exercise daily to keep ourselves healthy and fit. If we will not do exercises our body will not be in its correct shape. We will become lazy. So we should do physical activity or exercise as a daily equipment just like food.

Heya!!
Not everyone has good eating habits,we intake lots of calories that may deposit and makes us fat. Exercise is done to burn useless calories and extra body fat. Physical activities helps to keep body in health and shape. It releases toxic from body through sweat and releases stress and refreshes us. Hence we should do any exercise or physical activities to keep us fit and fine.
