Physical courage is destiny in
the face of death , hardship or physical suffering. Moral courage, the trait that it refers to nowadays,
is simply the ability to act
properly to discourage or resist,
possibly and intentionally
driving the risk of adverse
personal consequences.
Encourage students to use
stretching and walking as
methods.As the blood flows uniformly in the body, more oxygen gets to the brain, and thus one feels
more alert. Be aware of fear in
your life. Before you can begin
to overcome fear, you have to
accept that you have it.Perhaps fear is your state of being "normal", and it's a bit much to overcome all at once.
