I personally do not do but I would be trying to do physical exercise or playing with friends.

AND just don't read it but also do it because of pandemic many children stopped doing any kind of physical movement of body which leads to various health issues in upcoming time period.

Physical exercise makes us fit

We need to exercise regularly because of the drastic change in lifestyle in these days, which contradicts the design of human body. This contradiction leads to many physical and mental health disturbances.  

  1. Human body is designed by nature to physically work hard and get all its needs fulfilled. Humans lived like that for millennia.  
  2. Every human being worked hard and earned his or her food. The food that humans could earn was also just enough, of low calorie value and rarely excessive.  
  3. The developments in science, technology and economic activities have made division of labour in such a way that the basic human needs of the entire populations are met by the physical labour of only a few people and lots of machines. The effeciencies in production have made high calorie food cheap and easily available for most of the people.  
  4. The majority of population is free or involved in ‘work’ that does not involve any physical labour. It needs only mental work.  
  5. Additionally, transportation is affordable, home appliances have made life easy for almost all the people.  
  6. This ‘easy life’ or life without physical work and excessive and high calorie food intake does not match with the needs of human body, which is designed by nature and evolved over millenia for hard physical labour and low-calorie-limited-quantity food.  
  7. Exercising fulfills the needs of the body that is not getting the physical activity due to present day’s lifestyle. Exercise also helps to some extent to spend the excessive food consumed by us.  
  8. So it is clear that every one of us should regularly exercise to keep our body healthy and mind cool.
