Our physical health is slowly but surely getting neglected due to the excessive use of mobile phones. It causes chronic back problems, pain in spinal disks, incurable nerve damage, headache, migraine and disrupted fitness of lung and heart.

The main issues include -

1. Hearing damage caused by exposure to loud headphones.

2. Facial dermatitis -This causes inflammatory rashes on the skin surrounding the mouth.

3. Impaired concentration - Continuous exposure causes eye problems, sleep deprivation and loss of memory

Physical problems arising due to excessive use of mobile phones are as follows:

1. Excessive use of mobile phones may lead to many health problems such as headaches, vision problems, lack of sleep, pain in joints.

2. The radiations that are released from the cell phones are so dangerous for children as well as adults. These radiations may penetrate the children's bones and cause damage.

3. Using excessive mobile phones may also make one very tired and he or she may not get proper sleep and thus may lead to insomnia.

According to experts, using mobile from 2 to 4 hours per day is okay. Excessive use of mobile phones is not good and leads to many problems. Apart from using mobile phones, in leisure time we can build up our hobbies like gardening, reading books, stitching, playing indoor and outdoor games, etc.
