Obviously I strongly agree the point. It is so because affection is more powerful than arrogance. Physical punishment is noway going to change the mind. Rather it will complicate the problem. But the power of affectionate words will definitely move the people's mind. So it is better to abolish physical and brutal punishments.

yes I agree that physical punishment is inhumane and does not help in reform as by giving physical punishment a child can be hurt badly and there can be done anything to him he can be injured or he or she can even die also by giving physical punishment and also it does not help in reform because a child does works if he is given love and care instead of hurting him. if you give him love and care and you will understand him nicely he will listen to you and also if anyone does works in the copy so always give good or very good or give stars to him so that he can be motivated and he will start doing the work given by a particular teacher and also if you give physical punishment you will be suspended and you will be banned all over in the career of teaching and you will never be able to teach again and also if parents become more aggressive the particular teacher can be punished to life imprisonment and will hanged to death and his life will be overed.
