It is important to understand the nature of physical transferability to make sense of its examples.

This refers to those goods which are transferable and have a physical existence.

Transferable in such a sense that their ownership can be transferred. And physical existence in a sense that are tangible products.

An example can be that of land. Land is an asset which may be treated as a good. It has ownership that can easily be transferred.

However, in economics there are mainly the following types of goods,

-private

-public

-merit

-demerit

-excludable

-rival.
