Frequency is number of times something moves in a time period of 1 second. It has a S.I unit i.e, Hertz (Hz) or, s^-1.

Vibration is the small movement which an object does when it receives some amount of force on it. It is dependent on amplitude and is much like oscillation but hence, oscillation is much a larger vibration.
