2) \\ given \: masses \: are \: equal \\ power \:  =  \frac{work}{time}  \\ work \:  = mgh \\  \\ work \: by \: a \:  = mg(8) \\ time \: taken \: by \: a = 15s \\ power \:  =  \frac{work}{time}  \\ power \:  =  \frac{8mg}{15}  \\  \\ work \: by \: b \:  = mg(8) \\ time \: taken \: by \: b \:  = 20s \\ power \:  =  \frac{8mg}{20}  \\ power \: of \: a \: is \: greater \: than \: power \: of \: b
