in this case we observe that when we flick the card above the glass the coin above the card falls down into the glass this is because inertia which is described by Newton's first law of motion. the coin at first is at rest on the top of the card but when the card is flicked the coin wants to remain in its state of rest which is due to inertia so the coin stays in its stationary position but the card flicks away therefore the coin falls down in the glass. similarly when we put a 5 rupees coin in place of that coin the same result will happen this is because the 5 rupees coin has also a greater inertia so it will also fall down into the glass.
