There are broadly five physiographic divisions in India namely
Himalyas (majorly states like J&K , HP, UK, NE States)Northern plains( Punjab, UP, Bihar, WB, parts of Rajasthan)Peninsular Plateau( Rest of India)Coastal plains(konkan , kanada, Malabar, Coromandal , Utkal plains)Islands(Andaman& Nicobar, Lakshdweep)
Peninsular India being oldest and himalayas are youngest physiographic divisons.

The Northern Mountains

The Islands
The Coastal Plains
