Non-Essential amino acids:

• Amino acids are very important for the normal functioning of our body.

• The amino acids that are readily available and that can be made easily by the body are called as non-essential amino acids

• These amino acids are required to repair the damaged cells, they contribute to growth, they help in cell formation and the red blood cell formation

Essential amino acid:  

• These amino acids cannot be made available in our body and hence they must be synthesized or must be made through diet

• They must be checked that if they are provided through diet. Intake of chicken, eggs and other supplementary helps to produce these essential amino acids

Essential amino acids- These are the amino acids which body do not able to make on its own but it can be 'obtained by taking food'. There are 'eight essential amino acids' are present like methionine, valine, tryptophan, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, threonine and phenylalanine. Histidine is the 'ninth amino acid' which is necessary for the babies. These amino acids are used to create new proteins in the body and it helps to keep body healthy.

Non- essential amino acid- These types of amino acids are 'synthesized by the body' itself. There are 11 amino acids. It also helps to build the protein.
