22/7 is not the actual value of pi. Ramanujan was able to calculate upto a million sides of a polygon inside a circle. I don't know if there has been more. But 22/7 is not the absolute value. Therefore, it is irrational

Answer:

as it does not have fixed value

Step-by-step explanation:

as we know that 22/7=3.14.... we don't have the exact value of pi which is 3.14.... it has many numbers after 3.14.... so we have the nearest value of pie which we assume 3.14 or 22/7 but in real we do not have exact value of it hence it is called irrational.
