→Its an Device used to see far distant objects into space, Space consists of celestial body and no wonder why we live in a solar system, where there is no other Habitable Planet, Telescopes use Refractive lenses, Mainly to See near us Planets, However one may use Powerful telescopes to see far distant celestial bodies, Like NASA's Hubble Telescope, it is one of the most powerful Telescopes on earth, Anyhow Hubble has played a major role in determining the Kepler series, In which it found Many Earth-Like Planets and are the most promising planets where Alien life/Life could exist,Many Other Achievements Made using Telescopes are:-

๛Scientists now know how fast the UNIVERSE is Expanding, (thats when we got to know the existence of Dark Matter i think)

๛We found out there are Trillions(more than that)of planets, like sand grains in Desert.

๛ESO(European Space Agency) and Other known agencies Used the Horizon Telescope to Capture the image of first Ever Black Hole.
