\sf\huge\bold{Answer:}

When current flowing through any conductor , heat is produced.

Heat energy produced in the conductor is

  1. Directly proportional to square of electric current I²→H∝I²
  2. Directly proportional to Resistance →H∝R
  3. Directly proportional to time taken.→H∝t

This is Joules Equation of Electrical heating

  • H=I²Rt...(1)

where,

H = heat produced

I = electric current

R = Resistance

t = time

We also know that

By Ohm's law

  • I = V/R...(2)

So, from equation (1)&(2)

H=V²t/R²
