In the above picture we can see children bursting crackers and celebrating Diwali.Diwali is a Indian festival. Mainly celebrated by Hindus. But in this New generation or the modern world it's not a difference now a days all r celebrating Diwali without any difference. Diwali is celebrated by burning crackers, lighting Diyas (Lamps) and keeping Rangoli. This festival is related to Indian Mythology. It was celebrated some thousands of years ago in order to welcome Sri Ram who was returning from Sri Lanka with his wife Sita and Brother Lakhsman. All the people welcomed him by lighting lamps. This is the reason for us to light lamps on Diwali Day. But in South India people believe to have a different story behind it. Now a days people are bursting a lot of crackers. Which leads to Pollution. Bursting crackers causes both air and noise pollution. That's the reason people are following pollution free Diwali now a days. Pollution free Diwali doesn't mean that we must not burst any crackers, it means that we should burst small crackers which doesn't cause much pollution. And it's not compulsory to burn crackers we can even celebrate Diwali by lighting many lamps, doing puja, distributing sweets etc. Diwali is also a time when all the family members unite. And spend time together.
