1) Primary sector is considered the first economic sector.

• Primary sector is a sector in which goods are produced by exploiting the natural resources and this sector is also called agriculture and related sector.

• It is considered the first economic sector because by using natural resources we make finished then these finished goods are sold so primary sector is considered the first economic sector.

• In india more than 60% of population is depend on agriculture for their livelihood

2) Tertiary sector is known as the service sector because this sector provide services to tertiary and secondary sector instead of producing goods

• The goods which are produced in primary and secondary sector are transported by service sector.

3) Tertiary sector is different from other sector in many ways :-

• The activities done in tertiary sector do not produce goods but they are an aid or support for the production process

• The goods that are produced in primary and secondary sector needs to be transported to consumers so this work has been done by tertiary sector.

• The services on which development of a country is depend are fall under tertiary sector like hospitals , banks etc .
