pinku tinku &ram divided an amount of Rs-4200 amongst themselves in the ratio of 7:8:6 respectively if an amount of Rs-200 is added to each of their shares what will be the new ratio of their shares of amount

Let Pinku's share = 7x

Rinku's share = 8x

Tinku's share = 6x

According to the question,  

7x + 8x + 6x = 4200

21x = 4200

X = 4200 / 21 = 200

Hence amount of Pinku = 7x

= 7 X 200 = Rs.1400

Amount of Rinku = 8x

= 8 X 200 = Rs.1600

Amout of Tinku = 6x

= 6 X 200 = Rs.1200

so when 200₹ added to everybody's share then
pinku will have 1400+200=1600
tinku will have 1600+200= 1800
ram will have 1200+ 200= 1400

And since 200 added to each shares therefore 200×3 = 600₹ added to total amount therefore total amount that was 4200 before adding 200₹ to each share will become 4200+600=4800

therefore new ratio will be
for pinku 1600÷4800
tinku. 1800÷4800
ram. 1400÷4800

that is nothing but equal to
16:18:14
=on dividing throughout by 2
=8:9:7 which is the answer.
