Pipes A and B can fill a tank in 5 & 6 hrs respectively and pipe C can empty it in 12 hrs . If the tank is half full and all the three pipes are in operation simultaneously then after how much time the tank will be full ? ( Give step by step explanation pls )​

If three pipes are combined then tank filled in one hour =

1/5 + 1/6 - 1/12

So time taken to fill tank = 60/17 * 1

= 3.5 hours
