Pisces and amphibians have two chambered heart disease one ventricle and one Atria whereas is and mammals have four chambered heart that is 2 ventricles and two Atria because these are warm blooded animals where as amphibians are Pisces are cold blooded the change their body temperature according to the environments the mammals and daves need more temperature Parvez metabolism they have four chambered heart to purify more blood

The energy requirements for pisces and amphibians are not very high (cold blooded- hence do not need to maintain temperature). Hence they can tolerate some mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood. But in the case of aves and mammals, energy demand is very high (since the have to maintain their body temperature-warm blooded).Hence they cannot tolerate mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood. Therefore they have 4 chambers.
