Pick any two food delivery apps on your phone that you think would be comparable. Assume you have a problem with the delivery and you requested refund for your payment from both apps. You may have had different experiences trying to get a refund from both of them. Now if you were to convince your parents to use ONE of them - which one would that be? Give us a few (5 or more) talking points. Make sure to highlight your experience as a customer, and the functionality offered, to substantiate what is making you lean towards one over the other.
