From the given data we know that the pitch p of the screw jack is 1mm and the length of the handle is 1 meter or 0.001mm hence the distance moved  will be 2πL or 2*3.14*0.001 hence we can find the velocity ratio.

The velocity ratio is having the formulae as distance moved by the effort to the distance moved by the load( which is 2* pitch = 2*1) which will be equal to 2*3.14*0.001/2*1 =0.00314.

For getting the mechanical advantage we need the efficiency of the machine if we let the efficiency to be 100% as in case of ideal screw jack then mechanical advantage = efficiency*velocity ratio = 100*0.00314 = 0.314.
