As given,
a+b/2 is odd because sum of any two positive odd numbers , then when we divide the even integer by 2 then the odd number comes.
Now, a-b/2 will be even because when we consider a>b then ,
when subtracts any odd number from any other big odd number then number that comes and we divide it by 2 then even number comes.
