Steps of construction :-

1) Take the ruler. Draw the base of the triangle i. e BC = 4.7 cm. [ Don't forget to mark it as BC]

2) Now take a protractor, measure the angle of 60° at Angle B. Mark the point as Z

3) Shift the protractor to vertex C, measure the angles of 30° at Angle C.Mark the point as X

4) Now extend lines from vertex B, C to Z,X respectively.

5) They will meet at point. Mark this point as A.

Angle A measures 90° if you check with the protractor. or we can find measure of angle A with Angle sum property.

Angle(A + B + C)=180

A+60 +30=180

A = 180-90=90°

1. draw BC 4.7
2. put the compass point at B and construct a 60° angle.
3. draw a line from point of 60° as slanted.
4. put the compass point at C and construct 30°.
5. draw a line from point of 30° as slanted.
6. draw as much line to the point adjoins the 60°to 30° and the point will be A.
7. measure BA and CA.
