perimeter of the field=2(100+75)=350m

5 times 350=5x350=1750meter=1.75 kms

time=0.25 hours

so, speed=\frac{distance}{time} =\frac{1.75}{0.25} =7km/hr

The perimeter of the field = 2 (100 + 75)

= 350 metres.

Now, Total distance covered in 5 rounds = 5×350 = 1750 metres.

=> s = 1750 metres...●

Time taken to cover this distance = A quarter = 15 minutes = 900 seconds.

=> t = 900 seconds...●

Thus,

Required Speed (v) = s / t

v = 1750 / 900

v = 1.944 m/s

Required Speed in km/h =>

v = 1.944 × 18 / 5

v = 34.999/5

v = 6.99 km/h......●

Thus, She should jog at the speed of 7 km/h approximately.
