 \frac{6x+1}{3}  + 1 =   \frac{x-3}{6}

6(6x+1+1)=  (x-3)6

36x+6+6 =  6x-18

36x-6x=  -18-12

30x=  -30

x =  \frac{ - 30}{30}

x=  \frac{ - 1}{1}

x =  -1
