We observe that water vapour develops on the sheet of paper as the the water is experiencing evaporation due to the heat supplied by the sunlight.

Answer:

A rainbow is seen. Light is comprised of many colors, and when it passes through glassful water, it gets split up into the other colors, seen in a rainbow.

The rainbow in this picture was made with the sunlight and can be seen near the bottom of the glass.

It was not a very big rainbow, but once the sunlight was placed just right, there it was!
