Spiti Valley is a beatiful desert valley. This region receives scanty rainfall so it is considered as cold desert with temperatures ranging from-25°c to -30°c in winter. people stay on the bank of the spiti river and it's tributaries. Overall the valley is one of the least populated area in India.
