Helen by herself wrote autumn leaves and then she showed it to her family members and one of them told her to change its title to the Frost king

Helen send it to her dear friend Mr anagnos and Mr anagnos published it in his magazine then it was noticed that a story similar to the helens named The Frost fairies has been earlier published in a book called Birdie and his friends by Miss Canby

so it was a case of flag reserve it was thought that the story has been once read to Helen there was a court case

nothing has been proved against Helen but after this incident she said for writing letter to her mother also she says that I don't know if it is mine
