There are many differences as followed :
1) The basic difference is quite simple that the surface of a plane mirror is flat and concave mirror is spherical.
2) The image formed by a plane mirror is at a distance equal to the distance of object from the mirror whereas it is not always the case in concave mirror.
3) The radius of curvature of plane mirror is infinite whereas for a concave mirror it is a finite value.

Answer:
Plane mirror - The image formed by a plane mirror is always upright, virtual and the same size as the object no matter where the object is placed in front of the mirror. Concave mirror – The image formed by a concave mirror is inverted, real and diminished if the object is at a distance more than the focus.
