Breakfast:
• 2 cup oats cooked in 2 cup each milk and water
• 1 medium size plum
Morning Snack :
• 2 cup of any fruit which does not contain sugar .
• 1 cup greek yogurt.
Lunch:
• 2 chapathis
• 1 bowl sabji , it should not contain potato.
• 1/2 apple
• 1 cup mixed greens
Evening Snacks:
• 1/2 medium sized apple
• 1 tablespoon honey
Dinner:
• 3 cups Vegetable Soup
