Breakfast
2 slices of brown bread with fruits containing lesser sugars. ( brown bread has lower carbohydrates, hence lower glucose consumption.The fruits will provide roughage. This way the insulin would not have to work much keeping the sugar level normal).
Lunch
Any kind of curry without fats and sugars. ( diabetic patients should lower their fat and sugar consumption as their body is unable to produce insulin for proper usage of this sugar and fat).
Dinner
Boiled brown rice. ( boiling rice makes the carbohydrate level to lower which would result in a lower intake of sugar as sugars are basic components of carbohydrates and sugars are bad for diabetic patients as mentioned above).
